Puglian tour: the 9 day (8 nights) tour on the basis of 10 participants sharing 5 double rooms costs €1750 per person and includes hotels, breakfast, 6 dinners, transport in minibus and guide service. The payment would be €1230 by bank transfer to Dedalus Centro Viaggi and €450 paid in cash on arrival for a total of €1680 (Euros). If the whole payment is made by bank draft the cost per person sharing a double room is a total of €1850 paid by bank draft to Dedalus Centro Viaggi in Naples.

The workshop is held at a large resort, Residencia Aegidius. The resort consists of one to three private rooms clustered with a small kitchen and bath. The resort serves breakfast and dinner each day in its restaurant, which is included in the workshop cost. There is a service bar, two mineral pools, and some parking for cars.
The resort is located a short walk from Ischia Porto, the main town and port on the island. There are shopping, sightseeing, and restaurants a short walk from the resort. Ischia Porto is served by the regular public bus system to reach other points of interest on the island.
Prices are inclusive of workshop tuition, large international breakfast and very good dinner from Friday May 4th evening to Saturday May 12th morning.

Arrive in Bari, settle in hotel and in afternoon explore the old town, cathedral of San Nicola. Hotel in Bari
Drive to Castel del Monte, the legendary 13th castle of the Holy Roman Emperor Frederick II, then continue to Trani where we visit the cathedral, the crypt of Saint Nicola and Portale Maggiore. Continue to Matera . Arrive in late afternoon. Hotel in Matera
Explore the Sassi of Matera, one of the most ancient settlements in Italy, whose houses and churches were carved directly into the stone. Here Pasolini’s The Gospel of St Matthew and later, Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ were filmed. Hotel in Matera
Visit frescoed churches cut into limestone ravines in the archaeological park of Matera. In afternoon, leave for Alberobello. Hotel in Alberobello
Visit the area of the trulli in the Itria Valley. Wine tasting in Locorotondo. Hotel in Alberobello
Drive through region of fortified farmhouses, the “masserie” to the Baroque town of Nardò to see the loggie of Piazza Salandra and the Guglia dell’Immaculata. Continue to nearby Galatina to see the Church of Saint Catherine of Alexandria with its rich Giotto school frescoes. Arrive late afternoon in time to explore the walled island city of Gallipoli. Visit the Palazzo Granafei olive oil museum. Drive to Otranto on the sea to explore the old town, one of the most fascinating in Puglia. Late afternoon we head for Lecce. Hotel in Lecce

Leave Lecce and head for Polignano a mare.
Afternoon return to Naples.
